Electronic Music Piece of the Day Give-Away

Welcome to, or welcome back to, the Gauntlet of Balthazar and the 391 & the Army of Astraea Electronic Music Piece of the Day Give-Away, hosted as always by Bandcamp.

Today's track is named "Battalion", and beside any aspersion of militarism implied by the title, or any reference to the fact that we are entering the Memorial Day Weekend, I describe this piece as a "study in withheld development and resolution".

Based around a recurring sequence, the off-timed chordal structure recurs and meanders until it reaches its conclusion, or at least sort of reaches a conclusion.

Then again, maybe it's all conclusion .
